Great staff! Caring and friendly environment! I've never seen a methadone clinic ran so professional. This is the place to be.

They take medicade and the lines aren't that bad.

It's the most professional methadone clinic I've been to. It's clean, friendly and there's zero tolerance of violence, drugs or selling dope on the property like you see at other clinics. I recommend this methadone clinic to anyone who is serious about recovery.

I love this place. If you want to get off of methadone they are a tremendous help. If you want to get off opiates or any other major drug they are tremendous help. They are the clinic for YOU!

This is the best clinic as i have stated in the past. Mrs. Archer the director is the most compassionate person i have ever delt with in this line of work. I promise you if you ever incur a problem at this clinic she will be right on it personally. I have never seen this kind of service at any establishment. If you are in my situation you need individuals like her in your corner.

The best place i have ever been, hopefully that holds true throughout hurricane Irma. That they continue to care, about their patients. Time will tell.

The staff, clients and the doctor are all GREAT! NO drama! Everyday you can count on, prompt, friendly service! The case managers ALL have advanced education in this field. So you don't have a person that received a bachelor's in ART trying to treat someone with a serious addiction to substances! You truly have a real chance at success in recovery!

The employees were very professional and made me feel totally comfortable (even though I felt like a complete turd!) I made the right choice in going and they certainly lived up to all the positive things I was told. AND: they don't allow loitering in the parking lot, so as to prevent people from trying to sell you drugs when you're trying to stay straight!

Everyone here is very kind and understanding. It was my first day 3 days ago and I was so nervous about being judged. But I didn't feel judged at all. All the staff is very friendly and make sure to explain everything thoroughly and answered my million questions, Lol. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is battling addiction and ready to get help! Its only been 3 days for me but for the first time in a long time Im looking forward to what the future holds!

This place is awesome! The staff seems to generally care. I have been to two other clinics in Jacksonville, and this one is by far the best.

Thinking of transferring from Syracuse new York because I have friends and family down there. I've been searching for a clinic that would be near them and this one popped up! From all the reviews seems like a place I'd be happy transferring to! I take my recovery seriously been clean for2 years now and am at125 mg which is working great for me! Not one relapse All the Glory to God because left to my own vices idk where I would be probably where a LOT of addicts end up-overdose on the fentanyl they put in the H now! It's no joke this is taking lives by the very second! Kids 14,15 years old who didn't even have a fighting chance! Glad to see a clinic that seems like they TRULY💯 care and aren't just there for the job!! In this field if they DON'T care ABOUT HELPING ppl then they SHOULD REALLY find other places to work because people's lives depend on having someone that TRULY cares in their corner for some THEY are ALL they got SO it's a MATTER of life and death!!👊👊👊❤❤❤
